The StarLeaf Outlook Add-in for Office 365 allows all Office 365 users in an organization to schedule video meetings directly from their Office 365 client.

How to schedule a meeting

You can schedule a StarLeaf meeting directly from Office 365 (O365).

  1. In your O365 client, go to Home > New items > Meeting.
  2. On the Meeting toolbar, select Schedule Meeting as shown below. A new window opens.
  3. Select Add video meeting.
  4. The text of your meeting invitation is pre-populated with instructions on how to join the meeting but you can also add your own text.

  5. Complete the remaining invitation fields and choose a video layout. You can also add a meeting room from Rooms…
  6. Select Send.
    Each participant receives a meeting invitation by email.
