When you schedule a meeting, your participants each receive an email invitation that explains how they can join the meeting, be that using a StarLeaf system, a third-party video conferencing system, a phone, or by using their browser. Below is an example of the invitation:

When the participant chooses the How to join link, they will see more options for joining the meeting. The options are to join from a StarLeaf system, to join from a computer or tablet (either Click-to Call using a browser or download a software client), join using Skype for Business, join by dialing a phone number (audio only), or use a third-party video-conferencing system such as Lifesize, Cisco, Polycom, Tandberg etc.

All the supported third-party standards-based video equipment information can be found in the Meeting room system tab. Dialing instructions for each are available from the relevant dropdown menus.

By default, the dial-in telephone number that is displayed in the invite is appropriate to the Country setting of the organization of the meeting organizer. Additional dial-in numbers are also available from the invite (and are listed here).
