If the StarLeaf Breeze window is white after installation on Windows XP Service Pack 3, it indicates a graphics issue. Troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure graphics drivers are up to date. To do this, right-click anywhere on the desktop and select ‘Properties’. Navigate to the ‘Settings’ tab and click ‘Advanced’. Choose the ‘Adapter’ tab, and click ‘Properties’ again. The ‘Driver’ tab now gives an option for ‘Update Driver…’, which searches the Internet for the latest drivers.
  • Make sure your graphics card meets our Minimum Requirements for Breeze. These are DirectX9 with pixel shader 2.0 compatibility. If you are unsure, consult your IT administrator or PC manufacturer

If all drivers are up to date, and your graphics card meets the minimum requirements, contact your StarLeaf Reseller or StarLeaf Support.
