Users of Lenovo laptops and tablets sometimes find that Breeze cannot access the built-in Lenovo camera. To solve this problem, install Lenovo’s ‘ThinkVantage Communications Utility’ software, which allows the camera image to be accessed by multiple applications simultaneously. Similar problems on HP Elitebooks can be resolved by installation of the ‘Arcsoft Webcam Sharing Manager’ software available from the HP support site. After a restart, the ‘Arcsoft’ manager appears as another option in the Breeze camera selection control.
