Customer upgrades begin in March 2019 and will be completed by the end of April 2019. All admins for affected StarLeaf customer organizations will receive advance notice of their upgrade.
Any customers who would like to be automatically upgraded sooner or on a specific date can contact us on breezeupgrade@starleaf.com to make this happen.

We recommend you do this. You can download StarLeaf on all your devices using this link . After you have downloaded StarLeaf, you should also uninstall Breeze from all your devices. More information on downloading StarLeaf is available here.
If you are an administrator, we recommend you encourage your users to download StarLeaf themselves before your organization’s upgrade deadline. If you would like to mass-deploy StarLeaf using an MSI, refer here .
Linux Breeze users will be unaffected and can continue to use Breeze in its current maintenance mode.
Yes. The only thing users upgrading from Breeze will need to sign in to StarLeaf is their work email address. This must be the same email address that was used to set up their Breeze account. Users will need to enter the one-time 6-digit code to sign in to the StarLeaf app for the first time, this will be sent to you by email.
If you have both Breeze and StarLeaf on your device and re-open Breeze after the upgrade deadline, you will be prompted to click a button to uninstall Breeze. Otherwise, Breeze will remain on your device in an unusable state.
Yes. All users will be upgraded to the StarLeaf app.
StarLeaf can disable messaging for organizations that do not want it. Customers who would like messaging turned off should speak to their account manager or contact breezeupgrade@starleaf.com
In the StarLeaf app, you can search for anyone in your company directory and personal contacts, though there is no way to edit your personal contacts. Your call history and video messages are synchronized from Breeze to StarLeaf via the Cloud.
Favorites are not synchronized automatically and must be recreated manually. Unlike Breeze, with the StarLeaf app you can add as many favorites as you like.
There is no additional cost to the basic version of the StarLeaf app, it is included in your existing StarLeaf account.
No, all Mac and Windows versions of Breeze are now end of life. Linux users can continue to use Linux Breeze in maintenance mode.
All users will be upgraded to the latest version of StarLeaf.
