Installation

Read the installation instructions provided with the StarLeaf Group Telepresence system to which you will connect the StarLeaf Touch 2035, and the information on this page, before you connect the StarLeaf Touch to its power source. All StarLeaf documentation is available in this Knowledge Center.

Ventilation

Do not block any of the ventilation openings of the Touch.

Avoid installing the Touch near a heat source such as a radiator and avoid placing it in direct sunlight.

Servicing

Do not remover the cover of the Touch. There are no user-serviceable parts. If you open the Touch or remove its cover you may expose yourself to dangerous voltages or other hazards, and you will invalidate the warranty.

Power requirements

The Touch is powered using Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) supplied by a Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) unit. The Touch must be connected to a PSE unit approved by StarLeaf, such as a StarLeaf Group Telepresence system.

Operating environment

The StarLeaf Touch must only be used indoors and within the following environmental conditions:
