To simulate a company-wide Teams, Zoom, Webex, or Telephony outage and a StarLeaf Standby failover, consider planning a company fire drill. This will greatly help people in your organization familiarize themselves with the process before an actual outage occurs.

  1. Communicate to your users the time and date that you will start and end the Standby failover.
  2. In this communication, request that all users join the newly created StarLeaf meetings through the email or text invites that will be sent to them.
  3. Start and end the failover from the Standby dashboard as planned.
  4. Gather feedback from users about their experience of joining the StarLeaf meetings.
