About branding
The branding feature allows you to apply your organization’s branding to endpoints and meetings.
You can apply branding to the following:
- Touchscreen controller user interfaces
- Portal user interfaces
- Emails (for example meeting invites or guest invites)
- Meetings (for example background image or waiting screen image)
Branding is only available to customers with an Enterprise subscription or a Business/Enterprise Host plan.
How to apply branding
To apply your own organization’s branding you must be an admin:
- Go to the My organization page in your Reseller Portal.
- Go to Branding.
- Upload your branding as indicated. Note the image size and file type you must upload for each section. For more information, see Branding types.
- Click Apply.
How to apply branding for a customer
You can help customers apply their own branding from your Reseller Portal:
- Go to the Customers page on your Reseller Portal.
- Click the Edit icon in a customer’s row.
- Click Branding in the left-hand menu.
- Upload your branding as indicated. Note the image size and file type you must upload for each branding section. For more information, see Branding types.
- Click Apply.
