Adding users to the directory

On the Directory page, the table is populated by names and numbers that have been added to the directory.

To add an entry:

  1. Click Add Entry under the directory table.
  2. Enter the first and last name of the person and their number.
  3. Click Add.
    The person is added to the table and can be called using the company directory on the homescreen.

Managing directory entries

Click Edit next to an entry to rename the person or change their number. Click OK to save your changes. To remove an entry, click Edit next to the entry then click Delete.
