Managing GTm Family GTm releasesLast updated April 27, 2018
These release notes provide you with information about the latest upgrade to StarLeaf GTm. This is a feature release and is effective from February 2018.
Version 1.2.24 does not support GTm 5220. If you have a GTm 5220, contact StarLeaf technical support to upgrade to GTm 5250.
GTm administrators who want to manage their endpoints on the StarLeaf Maestro management platform can contact StarLeaf support for help and information on setting up an account. You need to enable Maestro access on the endpoint through the web interface and re-configure the appropriate settings, including Skype credentials and applied certificates.

To upgrade the GTm:
- For Maestro managed GTm, refer to Meeting room management
- If you are not using Maestro to manage your GTm systems, contact StarLeaf Technical Support
Bug fixes effective in StarLeaf GTm version 1.2.24:
|15797||After upgrading to version 1.2.21, under certain circumstances, the GTm could stop connecting to Maestro until a reboot was performed. Version 1.2.24 fixes this issue|
|15271||In previous releases, under certain circumstances, when joining a scheduled conference the video feed would not start or stop during the conference. Version 1.2.24 fixes this issue|
|15693||In previous releases, under certain circumstances, CJK characters would appear as question marks in recent calls. Version 1.2.24 fixes this issue|
|15751||In the previous release, under certain circumstances, when adding participants to a conference, video from a GTm 5140 could stop being sent to the conference. Version 1.2.24 fixes this issue|
