For StarLeaf Cloud endpoint firewall configuration, refer to Firewall configuration for StarLeaf endpoints.
For Skype for Business firewall configuration, refer to Firewall configuration for Skype for Business/Lync.
For H.323 endpoint firewall traversal for endpoints registered locally and not to the StarLeaf Cloud, refer to Firewall configuration for calling from H.323 endpoints to the StarLeaf Cloud.
For H.323 endpoint firewall traversal for Cloud-registered H.323 endpoints, refer to Firewall configuration for H.323 endpoints registered to the StarLeaf Cloud, as well as to articles detailing settings for specific endpoints.
For StarLeaf endpoints to be able to access the StarLeaf Cloud service, certain ports on the public IP addresses of StarLeaf Cloud must be reachable for outbound connections through your firewall.
H.323 endpoints registered to the StarLeaf Cloud must use the H.460 protocol to traverse its firewall and connect to the StarLeaf Cloud, if the endpoint is on a private IP network (behind NAT). Some endpoints use H.460 automatically, while others only do if they have been configured to do so.
