On 17 August 2020, the Conference Phone 2220 was discontinued and is no longer available to purchase. Phone 2220s that are currently in use by organizations will still be supported.

If you connect a Conference Phone 2220 to a StarLeaf room system, you must configure it using the StarLeaf Portal.

  1. In the Portal, go to Room systems and find the room system to which you have connected the Conference Phone 2220.
  2. Choose Add/Edit room system > Hardware endpoint > Device selection, and check Conference Phone 2220.
  3. If you are using additional StarLeaf Telepresence Microphones.
  4. In Audio and video settings, the audio input is the Conference Phone. Select the audio output. Choose between:
    • Conference Phone 2220: The audio will emanate from the Conference Phone
    • HDMI: The audio will emanate from the loudspeakers of the TV that is connected to HDMI connector A
    • Line out: The audio will emanate from the device you have connected to the Line out connector on the room system.
