Using Breeze where there is a SOCKS proxy
Installing BreezeLast updated March 3, 2017
You can use StarLeaf Breeze for Windows on a network that uses a SOCKS proxy. If an organization is using a SOCKS web proxy, you must configure each Windows PC running Breeze to discover the web proxy.
To do so, manually set proxy discovery using Internet Explorer: Go toand configure the proxy server settings.
We recommend using a DNS name for your proxy server.
SOCKS is the only proxy supported by StarLeaf. The reason is that it is the only proxy to allow for UDP traffic, which gives a much better call quality.
